[Equipment Usage]:
Used for boiling drying of granular materials with a particle size of 0.1-6mm, suitable for rapid drying of wet powder materials of finished products, intermediates (semi-finished products) in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemical industry.
[Working principle]:
Under the suction of the fan, natural air passes through the purification cabinet, heater, and forms high-speed airflow in the small holes of the material bed plate, causing the material to boil (fluidized). However, the moisture (or solvent) quickly evaporates (or evaporates) to achieve the purpose of drying.
Main features:
The hopper (boiling bed layer) is sealed with an O-shaped punching bag and the machine body, making it easy to load and unload materials. The hopper is equipped with a mixer, and the material boils without dead corners. Dry evenly and quickly. The top is equipped with a filter bag and a cylinder automatic bag shaking device, which can effectively prevent material flying and damage.
Equipped with an air purification cabinet, it uses outdoor air without affecting the air purification load of the purification workshop.
The drying speed is fast, and the drying time can be freely set according to the characteristics of the material, usually 10-30 minutes.

Design and production
Our company extensively solicits opinions from the demand side during the design and production stages of equipment processing, especially in the layout of flat and vertical surfaces, fully considering the site conditions and public engineering conditions of the demand side, so as to ensure the quality of the equipment while optimizing the combination.
Installation and commissioning
When the equipment arrives at the buyer's factory, our company will send dedicated technical personnel to guide the installation and be responsible for debugging to normal use.
training
Before the equipment is used normally by the demand side, our company's debugging personnel will organize training for relevant personnel of the demand side. The training content includes equipment maintenance, upkeep, timely repair of common faults, and operating procedures for the equipment.
quality assurance
Our company's equipment warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to non-human factors, we are responsible for free maintenance. If the equipment is damaged due to human factors, our company will promptly repair it and charge a cost fee.
Maintenance and Deadline
Equipment damage that occurs upon expiration of the warranty period shall be repaired on site within two days by enterprises within the province and within four days by enterprises outside the province upon receiving notification from the purchaser. The services provided upon expiration of the warranty period are paid services, and a production fee shall be charged for each service.
